**Main Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Functions**
- Conduct the daily cash out process and ensure its accuracy.
- Complete customer sales using credit/debit machine and manage daily cash out.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the showroom, including updating price tags and clearance section options.
- Assist Head Office in Accounts Receivable collections and resolve customer product and billing issues.
- Reception functions including handling of multi-line phone system and walk-ins.
- Assist Warehouse Manager with inventory management.
- Manage year-end inventory counts in conjunction with the Store Manager.
- Create waybills and labels for all outbound courier packages, as well as receive all inbound mail and distribute accordingly.
- Other administrative duties as may be assigned.
- Order office supplies for the store.
- Update literature and promotional material in the showroom.
**Sales Administration / Inside Sales**
- Generate sales orders as required and process accordingly.
- Review receiving reports and update sales orders accordingly.
- Review sales orders and ensure invoices are delivered and any cancellations are managed in the inventory management system.
- Check and update the arrival of special ordered products.
- Present product to customers in the showroom; effectively respond to customer inquiries and requests.
**Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma required, post secondary degree is an asset.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrator role, preferably in a multi retail or wholesale environment.
- Strong capability in navigating enterprise systems, MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel), among other information systems.
- Proven strong track record of retail office administration and basic accounting.
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license and business auto insurance.
