**About Us**
The Elizabeth Fry Society of Saskatchewan (EFSK) supports women and gender-diverse people who are criminalized or at risk of criminalization. Through advocacy, cultural teachings, housing, and wraparound services, we work to remove systemic barriers and support healing, reintegration, and community connection.

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a values-driven and experienced Program Manager to join our management team in Saskatoon. This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing multiple programs including Court Services, Community Support, Reintegration, and Cultural Programming.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and support frontline teams across EFSK's core service areas
- Ensure high-quality, client-centered, trauma-informed service delivery
- Supervise staff, coordinate training, and support professional development
- Support program development, evaluation, grant writing, and reporting
- Develop and maintain program manuals, procedures, and training resources
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and funders
- Participate in on-call rotation for housing/crisis response

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Social Work, Justice Studies, Indigenous Studies, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of program management or team leadership experience
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
- Excellent communication, planning, and evaluation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
- Lived or professional experience with the justice system (considered an asset)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
