**Your Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Program Delivery, the Program Manager is accountable for delivering a program of related projects ensuring they are delivered within the agreed timelines, scope, cost, and quality criteria and align with overall organizational goals. This role requires strategic planning, leadership and a deep understanding of project management best practices to drive successful project outcomes and achievement of strategic goals. The Program Manager will work closely with and lead a group of project managers and cross-functional team members as well as both internal & external stakeholders.
The Program Manager must be adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders and capable of managing both greenfield and complex brownfield projects requiring alignment with the Operations group.
The Program Manager will have relevant experience identifying project execution best practices, understanding the project organizational structure required to support this model from an Owners perspective, and be able to build and lead this team accordingly.
The Program Manager will be responsible for projects that play a role in expanding the capacity of the Bethune Mine Site, playing a critical role in the organization's future growth.

**Your Profile**:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a heavy industrial setting, potash experience preferred.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience project management experience on large multi-year projects.
- Bachelor’s degree, or 10 years’ project/trade/operations experience.
- Previous experience managing a program of related projects greater than $100M.
- Strong project management skills including demonstrated facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated project management experience required, experience with various project execution models, construction execution strategies.
- A proven working knowledge of modern project execution risks and challenges with an ability to collaboratively define solutions.
- PMP designation is an asset.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, Project Management Institute (PMI) Principles as well as a working knowledge of Front End Loaded (FEL) stage gate methodologies.
- Adept at leading organizational transformations through change management.
- Possess strong business and financial acumen, experience in aligning project business case with organizati
