Front Desk Agent/night Auditor

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining accurate guest records.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records for nightly audits.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls, provide information, and assist guests as needed.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and address any facility concerns.
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and prepare reports as required.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is highly preferred, particularly in hotel settings.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software is advantageous.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions.
- A commitment to providing excellent guest services in a fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this role.

Pay: $16.00-$17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
