We are currently looking for **Skid Steer **Operators/Labourers** to join our construction crews and work full-time out of our Airdrie location with periodic out of town assignments. To thrive in this role, you must have related experience, a willingness to learn, and a great attitude. Join our team and help “SAFELY GUIDE FAMILIES HOME”**.**

***What you will do Everyday**
- Ensure safe and effective operations of equipment such as, skid steer, loaders, mini excavator, augers, pulling trailers, rigging for lifts etc.
- Perform daily preventative maintenance and mechanical checks.
- Maintain and clean equipment when finished using it.
- Filling out logbooks
- Perform physical labour as part of the job duties and stand/walk for extended
- Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed such as pulling wire, pouring concrete bases, unloading materials etc.

**Skills Required**:

- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ensure safety is a top priority and adheres to and follow all rules and regulations
- Mechanically inclined with strong organizational & problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changes in assignments and priorities in response to new information, changing conditions, or unexpected obstacles
- Ability to maintaining high levels of productivity and able to work long hours when necessary
- Ability to work in inclement weather conditions.
- Ability to workdays/nights/weekends or out of town when necessary.

**Qualifications Needed**
- High School Diploma with previous experience pulling trailers and operating equipment such as, skid steers, loaders, excavators, augers, etc.
- Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license and submission of a 5-year Driver’s Abstract with less than 7 demerits
- Valid Alberta Class 3Q is an asset
- Industry courses in equipment operating is considered an asset
- Fall Protection, Standard First Aid, Aerial Work Platform are assets
