**Position Overview**: We are seeking full-time, versatile crew members to join our team. This role involves working on landscape construction projects during the summer and handling snow removal and renovations during the colder months. A reliable vehicle with a clean driving record is essential for this position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Summer Landscape Construction:_
- Assist with landscape construction, irrigation, and installation of hardscape and softscape products.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as skid steers, mini hoes, trailer towing and various hand-held tools.
- Follow project plans and ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Maintain job site cleanliness and ensure all materials are properly stored at end of shifts.
- Winter Snow Removal:_
- Perform snow removal tasks using plow trucks, shovels, backpack blowers, loaders, skid steers, and walk behind sweepers.
- Respond promptly to snow removal requests and work efficiently during winter storms.
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
- Will consider part-time equipment operators for snow events
- Residential renovations:_

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping and snow removal equipment.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Reliable vehicle with a clean driving abstract (must provide a recent driving record).
- Valid class 5 Alberta driver’s license is required.
