We are current hiring the **Head Barista**position for our SE store locations in Calgary:

- **Macleod Plaza**: 9250 Macleod Trl #19, Calgary, AB T2J 0P9
- **Shawnessy Plaza**: 16061 Macleod Trl SE #226-2, Calgary, AB T2Y 3S5

As a **Head Barista**, you are driven by a deep sense of purpose. You are proactive - never a bystander. You take action to make a positive difference every day, and you inspire others to do the same. You can oversee store operations during your shift, and ensure exceptional customer service while creating a positive and fun environment.

**All Employees hired will go through initial basic training**. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

- Assist in day-to-day operation which include (but not limited to) cook, prepare and service various type of bubble tea beverages to customers.
- Ensure the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) are followed while making the beverages.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the store.
- Assist in stock handling and stock check.
- Other duties as assigned by Store Manager or supervisor.
- Model CoCo’s Company Values through leadership.

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
- Ability to move and clean throughout the store.
- Capacity to stand for long periods.

**AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS**
- Availability to meet the needs of the business that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
- around 30+ hours per week: including weekdays, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
