Midway Mazda in South Surrey is seeking a qualified, experienced Service Manager Manager to oversee all Parts and Service dealership operations.

Whether you have been a Service Manager / Fixed Operations Manager for many years, or you are an Assistant Service manager looking to step up, we want to hear from you.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day to day Service and Parts workflow
- Direct and schedule activities of all staff.
- Handle escalated customer complaints.
- Establish processes & standards to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations.
- Actively manage and improve on all measured performance indicators, including: gross sales, profitability, loyalty, CSI, etc.
- Forecast goals and objectives for the departments and endeavor to meet them
- Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Effectively liaise and manage relationships with factory representatives.
- Collaborate with other department managers to effect efficient operations and to improve processes.
- Procurement of shop equipment
- Supervising and keeping record of shop equipment maintenance.
- Other duties as may be required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or college degree.
- 5 years of combined experience in an automotive service or parts capacity
- 1 year of parts or service management experience
- Strong ability to hire, coach, train and motivate staff to high levels of performance.
- Valuable client relation skills, with track record of developing and retaining long term relationships.
- Self-motivated, driven to succeed, able to maximize efficiency, productivity, and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- ADP/CDK software experience is preferred.
- Valid BC Driver’s License, with a clean driver’s abstract.

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:

- Service Manager: 1 year (preferred)
- Automotive: 5 years (preferred)
