**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to service completion. Your expertise in automotive repair and exceptional customer service skills will help foster long-term relationships with our clients while driving sales and upselling opportunities.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs needed, ensuring customers understand the work being performed.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell additional services and products that enhance vehicle performance and safety.
- Manage cash handling processes accurately, including processing payments and maintaining transaction records.
- Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to relay customer concerns and service requirements efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring all customer interactions are conducted in a professional environment.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns.

**Skills**
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to upsell services effectively.
- Excellent cash handling abilities, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
- Previous experience in a dealership environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic mechanical knowledge or experience as a mechanic is advantageous for understanding customer needs better.
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology to communicate effectively with both customers and technicians.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
