Grandway Logistics is an asset based carrier. We have successfully been established since 2017. We have transformed in a world-class transportation provider and continue to grow rapidly.

Grandway Logistics is expanding and looking to add a new motivated individual to the team. This is your chance to align with customers to meet their supply chain and logistics needs, adding value as a logistics manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifying prospective shippers (Customers)
- Soliciting freight sales
- Negotiating truck load rates
- Develop account relationships with contacts at multiple levels within customer organization
- Manage customer expectations through utilization of metrics
- Identify issues and consulting with the customers to determine best course of action and implement action.
- Ability to work indecently with little or no supervision as well working in a team environment.

Required Qualification:

- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of sales or account management experience preferable in the transportation industry.

Preferred Qualification:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Programs.
