Our insurance software suite, ISI Enterprise, was developed in-house by our dedicated team of software architects, developers, business analysts, and quality assurance analysts, with guidance from our phenomenal leadership team. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Marketing Manager to help amplify our brand, drive awareness of our software solutions, and share our story with a broader audience.
**What We Are Looking For**:
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop targeted campaigns and leverage both digital and traditional channels to engage our customers and prospects. This position does not have direct reports but requires a collaborative, hands-on approach to drive marketing efforts.
**Your Responsibilities: **
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with ISI goals, targeting both current and potential customers.
- Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and that brand messaging aligns with ISI’s vision, mission, and values.
- Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize visibility and engagement, driving measurable results.
- Market Research & Analytics: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends. Use analytics tools to measure and report on campaign effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly.
- Conference & Event Marketing: Plan and execute conference and event marketing strategies to boost ISI’s visibility, including pre-event promotions, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up campaigns. This may involve coordinating with event organizers, managing event logistics, and ensuring that our brand is consistently represented.
- Travel & Representation: Represent ISI at industry conferences and events, with occasional travel required to support in-person marketing efforts. Network with industry professionals, gather market insights, and foster relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective use of resources and maximizing ROI on marketing spend.
**Qualifications: **
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in marketing is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Experience in technology or software that serves a specific industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management abilities, with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
**Nice to have**:
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and adjust strategies as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
