Wrapex Industrial Services, an industry leader in Scaffolding, Insulation and Glycol Tracing is looking to hire a Team Lead for our Estimating department.

The primary duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

- Delegate and assign estimating packages to estimating team members;
- Managing workload of Estimating team members as required or directed by the Senior Management team.
- Review technical specifications, analyze project scopes, determine materials, assess productivities, review site equipment & facility requirements, and associated costs
- Review RFP’s and identify Scope of Work Documents, General Arrangements, Isometric Drawings, Line Designation Tables (LDT’s), Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s), and Removable Blankets Scope
- Collaborate with Operations team while performing material “take-offs” and discuss project works methodologies
- Review estimates to confirm package contains / meets all requirements for the RFQ
- Answer questions from Estimating team members regarding estimate / project clarifications
- Complete estimate turnovers and prepare estimate turnover documents
- Provide details from estimate to assist Operations team in preparing project budgets
- Reviews contracts and interprets cost impacts on the company
- Provide continuous feedback and mentoring of Estimating team members; ensure that all estimators are performing and adhering to processes and procedures.
- Oversee proper document management by ensuring all members of the Estimating team, including self, file hard and soft copies of completed estimates
- Attend regular meetings including estimating turnover meetings, project kickoff meetings, estimating weekly status update meetings, and office safety meetings

**Essential Skills / Qualifications**:

- CET or Post-secondary graduate degree in related field
- Insulation Industry related Estimating experience of 8+ years
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, integrity and accountability.
- Sound organization, prioritization, and execution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead with confidence and create alignment among team members
- Ability to direct a team towards a cohesive set of strategic objectives and maintain efficient timelines in the completion of tasks.
- Ability to negotiate conflict and maintain constructive working relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
