**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and track shipments throughout the supply chain to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate with customers regarding their orders, providing updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of all tracking information in Excel and other administrative systems.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to procure necessary information for tracking purposes.
- Assist in project management tasks related to tracking and tracing initiatives.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including filing and organizing documents related to shipments.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Experience with Excel for data management and reporting purposes.
- Solid organizational skills with a focus on records management.
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with project management principles is a plus but not required.

Pay: $17.20-$24.23 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
