**PRIMARY DUTIES**

As a Client Care Representative you will:

- Have a passion for making people look and feel better
- Effectively communicate technical information, both verbal and written
- Develop relationships with stakeholders, educating and informing them on processes and status updates on legitimate issues needing a resolution
- Maintain a level-headed approach under pressure
- Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders
- Manage and communicate system updates
- Involve stakeholders throughout the process to keep them abreast of new developments
- Follow best practice change management methodologies
- Document system changes and convey to Operations on evolving system features
- Document steps taken to resolve issues and the end resolution

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.50-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
