**Vos activités**:

- Répondre à 60 - 100 appels entrants par jour.
- Gérer des appels sortants, selon le volume.
- Vous devez avoir de solides compétences relationnelles et de résolution de problème.
- Gérer tous les appels avec courtoisie et rapidité.
- Maintenir des connaissances pratiques des produits, des comptes, des représentants Ecolab, des outils et des systèmes de dosage.
- Compléter avec précision des informations affichées à l'écran tout en parlant avec le client.
- Traiter les commandes, les demandes, et envoyer les informations demandées aux clients.
- Développer une maîtrise mécanique et technique pour aider les clients et le personnel technique à résoudre des problèmes de doseurs.

**Qualifications mínimales**:

- Qualifications du cycle secondaire ou leur équivalent.
- Bonne maîtrise de la suite logicielle Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, et Outlook).
- Expérience d'utilisation d'un logiciel de service client.
- Ce poste n'est lié à aucun parrainage d'immigration.

**Qualifications souhaitées**:

- Diplôme de premier cycle universitaire obtenu ou en cours d'études.
- Saisir sans erreur au minimum 25 mots par minute au clavier.
- Collaborer professionnellement et travailler indépendamment dans un environnement intensif.
- Expérience d'utilisation d'un système téléphonique multi-ligne.
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles et en résolution de problème.
- Excellentes compétences de communication écrites et orales.
- Excellent aptitude à travailler en équipe.
- Capacité à définir les priorités des charges de travail et à tenir des échéances prédéfinies.
