**Operations and Program Management**

We specialize in Steel Packaging solutions built for industrial demands. We specialize in custom steel racks, bins and containers that withstand the toughest environments.

**Program Management** your primary duties and responsibilities end-to-end lifecycle management of programs; including daily ownership of jobs to ensure build schedules are managed, communication with all program collaborators; ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Operations Manager Responsibilities**
- Lead the planning and scheduling of plant operations and resources
- Coordinate production based on customer requirements; adjust operations in real-time in response to process failures, quality issues, or changes in demand.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to all staff
- Drive process improvements and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee daily troubleshooting to resolve operational issues swiftly
- Monitor the budget
- Continuous Improvement Champion best practices to drive efficiency and innovation

**Program Manager Responsibilities**
- Ensure programs are aligned with the strategic plan of the organization
- Daily program management throughout the program lifecycle
- Quote all jobs
- Make and monitor the program budget for all jobs
- Manage the risks and issues that might arise throughout the program life cycle and take measures to correct them when they occur
- Manage customer collaboration, serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment, satisfaction, and seamless communication

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in steel fabrication shop operations
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a must.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and hands-on with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and drive cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset with a knack for overcoming challenges and delivering results.
- The ability to understand the wider objectives of the program, such as business and strategic goals
- The ability to work with a wide range of individuals
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures

**Work Environment and Benefits**:

- Competitive remunerations: 80,000 to 90,000based on experience.
- Permanent full-time role
- This role requires on-site presence at our facility and does not accommodate remote work.
- Location: Kingsville, ON
