Primary Job Duties:
As a Sheet laser Operator in our MC3 division, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Operating the Mazak OptiPlex 3015 sheet laser.
- Load and unload material using a forklift.
- Start up and shut down the machine.
- Check the quality of parts and make sure they are to drawing specifications.
- Perform operator maintenance.
- Read and interpret blueprints.

Job Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Previous experience operating a Sheet Laser cutter.
- A strong work ethic and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify and rectify mistakes before work reaches the shop floor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Proficiency in prioritization and time management to meet production schedules.
- Knowledge of CNC Plasma and Laser cutting technology.
- Prior experience within the steel industry, particularly in steel plate processing.
- Knowledge of material thickness and gauge.

**Salary**: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
