Administrative Assistant

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Performing basic bookkeeping, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks
- Performing general administrative duties including filing, photocopying and mail distribution
- Creating invoices for processed sales orders and following up with the Sales Team accordingly
- Regular weekly purchasing that is required by departments
Who we are looking for:
- A minimum of a General Business Management Diploma is required
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Well organized and self-starter with strong multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail with the ability to maintain a calm and pleasant demeanor in a busy environment
- Great team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to perform in a fast paced, highly motivated team
- Superior written and oral English communication skills
- Proficiency using MS Office suite (Excel, Word and Access), Google Mail and Calendar, Sage Accounting
- This is a full time position (40 hours a week, Monday to Friday)
