Warehouse Associate

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Operate various warehouse equipment including forklifts, cranes, and reach trucks to facilitate the movement of goods.
- Accurately pick and fulfill orders according to specifications.
- Load and unload products from delivery trucks and containers.
- Maintain an organized inventory system using warehouse management software.
- Fabricate packaging materials as needed for order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols while handling equipment and materials.
- Assist in regular inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with order picking processes and order fulfillment best practices.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required.
- Experience operating forklifts, cranes, or reach trucks is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry into warehouse management systems.
- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.
