**Duties and Responsibilities**:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will report to the Warehouse Manager. You will be on a team of 10 who are responsible for day-to-day fulfillment and operations within a 30,000-square-foot facility.

Warehouse Associates work in both individual and team environments and are responsible for all areas of the warehouse, from handling and processing inventory safely and efficiently to general housekeeping tasks, safety inspections, and maintenance.

**Warehouse Associate Departments & Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

**Shipping & Outbound Fulfillment**
- Responsible for outbound pick and pack fulfillment, bulk wholesale shipments
- Kitting orders - (Consolidating items into one package)
- Warehouse Maintenance / Housekeeping - Keeping area tidy
- Restocking picking area with bulk inventory
- Build pallets for bulk orders to client specifications

**Receiving & Inbound Function**
- Checking in drivers who arrive with deliveries
- Manually unload trailers of product using conveyors
- Manually building and wrapping pallets of product to be stored in bulk inventory

**Returns Processing**
- Inspecting returned product for damage and if it is resalable
- repackaging, re-kitting products for resale
- Sorting items for resale or reuse
- Maintaining report of all processed returns
- destroying all unsellable product

**Qualifications**:

- 1 year of warehouse experience
- Strong planning, decision making and problem-solving skills
- People management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others, train, delegate work and explain ideas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer functions
- Ability to team-lift up to 65lbs repeatedly throughout the shift, walk, stand, bend, and stoop
- Able to work in a warehouse without A/C or heat
