**Your Role**

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Warehouse Associate** to play a key role in our operations. In this position, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer orders and help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse. This is a hands-on role that is critical to our success, perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be a part of a supportive team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Accurately picking, packing, sorting, and managing inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Receiving, verifying, and organizing incoming materials.
- Handling waybills and all necessary paperwork for shipments.
- Providing exceptional service to walk-in customers with a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties and supporting office staff when needed.
- Operating a **Reach truck** and **Cherry Picker** safely as required (this is a limited but essential part of the role).
- Maintaining a neat and orderly warehouse, strictly following all safety protocols.

**What We're Looking For**

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Certification on both Reach truck and Cherry Picker is required.**:

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and handle regular physical activity.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Willingness to work occasional extra hours as business needs dictate.
- Fluency in English is a must.

**Compensation**:
We offer a competitive wage of **$20 per hour, plus benefits.**

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brampton, ON L6T 5H9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
