Brass Inc. is looking to hire a construction foreman to support our operations team and be a key part in our next stage of growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee, provide direction, and assist in the field with day-to-day activities for designated crew.
- Review all work orders and project documentation in preparation for the installation of telecommunications infrastructure
- Review drawings prior to the start of installation to determine the required installation methods, tools, and equipment.
- instruct crews on the project plan by outlining the order in which job procedures will be carried out
- Coordinate with crew members to determine the equipment required for the project and ensure that materials and equipment have been scheduled and loaded for transport to the project site
- Ensure that all work is executed in accordance with Brass Inc. Health & Safety policy and industry standards, including the proper use of personal safety equipment for all crew members
- Ensure all locates are completed and valid for safe project completion.
- Report daily to the operations manager on the completion status of current projects.
- Accurate completion of safety and risk assessment documents
- Work collaboratively with clients, the public/homeowners, operations management and project coordinators to prevent and resolve any issues within a project.
- Ensure all work is completed to the specifications and standards of project drawings.
- Provide periodic coverage or assistance for emergency situations during and after normal business hours
- Perform other duties as required

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent leadership, customer service and communication skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Valid G driver’s license with clean drivers abstract (AZ is preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions

Experience Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years’ experience in the telecommunications construction field; though telecommunications experience is preferred any utilities construction and/or directional drilling experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership position.
