**What Would You Do?**
The duties and responsibilities of this position would include:
- Lead in rebranding the organizations Group Benefits and Wellness programs which includes establishing our Wellness program purpose/mission statement and evolving program.
- Provide support and resolution to employees and managers on Wellness Programs.
- Manage, prepare, and distribute communication on company benefits offerings/perks and supports available to employees.
- Assist in ongoing communication with employees by updating and maintaining the benefits / wellness section of our internal IWEB, SharePoint, Yammer, and various T. V’s.
- Manage all communication to employees regarding our EFAP program, Fitness Corporate Discount offerings, etc.
- Plan, prepare, organize, and facilitate lunch and learns for employees in partnership with our providers/guest speakers.
- A focus on Mental-Health announcements and employee wellness and engagement from a benefits perspective.
- Monthly communications on Wellbeing and company benefit offerings/supports.
- Pull monthly internal employee reports to confirm Wellness program eligibility.
- Maintain KPI reports on implemented programs, sessions, lunch and learns, etc.
- Back up for Benefits Assistant (cross training) on day-to-day tasks.
**What Do You Bring?**
- Post-secondary education in a related field. An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a Wellness focused role in Group Benefits.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer service mindset.
- Proven ability to prioritize, set, and meet deadlines while working under tight constraints and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks to completion at the same time.
- Sensitive approach to difficult circumstances and experience managing sensible and confidential data.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Ability to be mobile between all Palliser/EQ3 locations.
