Job description

The Test Operator is responsible for performing and documenting test procedures as per specifications.

**Job Duties**:

- Perform tests on PCBAs (printed circuit boards) in accordance with test procedures.
- Document testing and record test results.
- Segregate non-conforming products as per production test specifications.
- Assemble of PCBAs into chassis using a variety of hardware and tools.

**Required Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- High school graduate.
- Experienced in basic computer operations in Windows.
- 1-2 years of experience working in electronics manufacturing
- Ability to work in a team and follow specific instructions
- Focussed on quality and delivery for the customer.
- Works well under pressure and meets set deadlines.
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
- Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.

**Working Conditions**:

- Uses Personal Protection Equipment as required.
- Overtime as required.
- Lifting or moving up to 10lbs may be required.
- Experience in test department for electronics manufacturing is an asset.
- Experience in using Flying Probe machine would be an asset.

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
