The Shipping and Receiving Associate supports Tesla’s manufacturing operations by ensuring materials are received, verified, and distributed accurately and efficiently to keep production running at full capacity. This role requires precision, strong teamwork, and a commitment to Tesla’s safety and quality standards.Shift: Monday–Thursday 3:30 PM–1:00 AM, Friday 2:30 PM–11:00 PM. The afternoon shift includes a 10% shift premium.ResponsibilitiesReceive, verify, inspect, and count inbound materials following Tesla procedures and quality standardsSafely load, unload, and transport materials between warehouse, production, and factory areas using appropriate equipmentExecute timely movement of materials to support production schedules and minimize downtimeMaintain accurate records of material movement, receipts, and inventory transactions in Tesla systemsPerform regular cycle counts and assist with quarterly or annual inventory auditsIdentify material shortages or discrepancies and communicate promptly to resolve issuesUphold Tesla’s 5S and safety practices by maintaining clean, organized, and hazard‑free work areasQualifications3–5 years of prior manufacturing or warehouse experience (preferred)Valid forklift certification or experience operating counterbalance and pallet‑moving equipment (preferred)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand or walk for extended periods, and perform regular reaching and climbing tasksStrong organizational and multitasking skills to meet dynamic production and logistics prioritiesBasic computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP data entry systemsExcellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments in a fast‑paced environmentReliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime or support other logistics functions as neededLocation: Toronto, Ontario, CanadaSalary: CA$60,000.00–CA$75,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
