Water and Sewer Maintenance Foreman

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a field crew responsible for preparing municipal water and sewer infrastructure sites for **CCC (Construction Completion Certificate)** and **FAC (Final Acceptance Certificate)** inspections.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities on municipal water and sewer infrastructure.
- Inspect and assess site conditions to ensure readiness for CCC and FAC inspections.
- Schedule, track, and verify corrective work based on deficiency lists.
- Perform pressure testing and chlorination of water mains
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and municipal inspectors to ensure compliance and readiness.
- Maintain accurate daily reports of work completed and deficiencies addressed.
- Lead and mentor a small crew, ensuring safe and efficient work practices.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with municipal standards, drawings, and specifications.
- Operate small equipment and tools required for maintenance and repair tasks.
- Enforce safety protocols and participate in site safety meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in municipal water and sewer installation or maintenance.
- Strong understanding of CCC/FAC inspection processes and municipal handover requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and as-builts.
- Experience with CCTV inspections, flushing, hydrant testing, and valve operations is an asset.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
