The Curbinator is currently looking for a Water and Sewer Foreman to join our team. The Foreman role is to coordinate On-Site jobs and manpower to ensure that our customer needs are met and to ensure resource requirements for the On-Site crews are maintained.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all safety procedures and activities are adhered to by all the operations personnel
- Maintaining daily paperwork completion and submittal
- To provide adequate resources for Operations to meet the objectives of the Safety Program
- Ensure Safety records are completed when required
- Ensure that before work begins, documented, detailed pre
- job (tailgate) meetings are conducted and documentation is maintained
- Prepare as builts
- Ensure that customer Quality and Safety requirements are met
- Ensure inventory is maintained accounted for
- Adherence to Safety Policies and Procedures

**Requirements**:

- Strong technical knowledge
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Exceptional communicator and customer service oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Proven attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Ability to read and write clearly
- Clean Drivers Abstract

Company vehicle will be provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $38.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
