**Overall Role Mandate**:
Fleet Complete is currently looking to onboard a Data Analyst who will provide reliable KPI tracking and analysis, support financial reporting and introduce new processes and automation concerning financial and operational data. Success in this role is determined by one’s ability to efficiently manage large amounts of data across different sources, and identifying and resolving data gaps through streamlined processes. The Data Analyst will work closely with partners in FP&A, Finance, Data, IT and Operations, and will be encouraged to challenge existing processes, collaborate with stakeholders, deploy various methodologies of data management, prioritize deliverables and create business insights.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- 4+ years of data management and analysis experience in growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or similar
- Strong modeling and data skills
- Superior MS Excel and data management experience with strong analysis and interpretation skills
- Strong Power Query knowledge with an understanding of SQL is preferred
- Background with BI tools like PowerBI is an asset
- Familiarity with Salesforce as well as ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics (preferred) or others is an asset
- Clear communication, analytical and presentation skills
- Very detail-oriented, timeline-driven, organized and an excellent ability to prioritize

**Your role will encompass the following**:

- Support the preparation of reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, Board of Directors and Lenders
- Support the Transformation team initiatives with financial modelling and KPI tracking
- Grow a thorough understanding of Fleet Complete’s business drivers by partnering with cross functional internal teams to analyze current and past trends
- Develop reports to provide the business with data driven insights on an ad-hoc and recurring basis with projections included
- Analyze and provide insightful trends and opportunities
- Create dashboards to report and forecast KPIs
- Improve Finance processes by partnering with IT to improve the quality of data hygiene and therefore reporting.
- Enhance Finance’s ability to deliver value-added insights via better data analysis, improved data capture and utility
- Extremely well-organized and data driven
- Capable of driving results without significant supervision
- Effective at dealing with ambiguity
