Apex Truck & Trailer has **doubled in size**, and we’re hiring a **Licensed Foreman Technician** to lead our afternoon shift. If you’re an experienced 310T ready to take charge and help shape a high-performance team, this is your opportunity.

**WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS**

As **Shop Foreman**, you’ll play a key role in:

- Leading and overseeing afternoon shift operations (Mon-Thurs, 2:30PM-1:30 AM)
- Mentoring apprentices and developing junior technicians
- Diagnosing and completing complex repairs across all makes/models
- Maintaining quality control and setting the standard for repair practices
- Keeping jobs on track while staying hands-on with advanced repairs
- Creating a positive, productive environment that supports growth
- Using iPads for digital work tracking—no paperwork, all streamlined

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- Licensed **310T Technician** (10+ years preferred)
- Previous **Foreman**, **Lead Hand**, or **Shift Lead** experience required
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities
- Confident mentor and motivator for apprentices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfort with diagnostic software and digital work tools
- Valid **G-Class driver’s license** with clean abstract
- Bonus: Equipment or hydraulic experience (e.g., Manitou)
