**Job Title**: Human Resources Coordinator
**Location**: 340 Regional Road 20, Hannon, ON
**Hours**: 25-30 hours per week
**Schedule**: Flexible
**Compensation**: $22-25

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular **health and safety inspections** at various job sites
- Assist in **health and safety training** for staff
- Support the completion of **pre-job risk assessments**
- Perform and assist with **daily vehicle/equipment circle check inspections**
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policiesKeep documentation and records up to date (site visits, incidents, inspections)Provide general HR support as needed

**Qualifications**:

- ** G Class Driver’s License** with a **clean driving abstract** (must be able to travel to job sites)
- Minimum of **2 years of experience** in a health and safety or HR-related role
- Strong knowledge of **occupational health and safety regulations**
Excellent organizational and communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
