**Your Role**
Join our **Fast-Track Program** as an **Insurance Advisor**—a perfect opportunity for individuals with **account management or sales experience** who want to transition into the insurance industry.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through attentive service and follow-up.
- Assess client needs and provide personalized home and auto insurance recommendations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Support business development and retention initiatives—**no cold calling required**
**Who You Are**
- Background: 2+ years in a structured account management, sales, or customer service role (insurance, telecom, finance, or professional services preferred).
- Education: Some post-secondary education is required.
- Skills:
- Strong relationship management and consultative sales abilities.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
- Confident problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Mindset: Ambitious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into a trusted insurance professional.
