Job Overview:

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively **prospect, network, and secure new clients** across Commercial and Personal Lines
- **Build and maintain your own book of business**, fostering long-term relationships
- Create and manage your own **pipeline of leads and opportunities**:

- Utilize market knowledge to identify **growth opportunities** across Commercial and Personal Lines
- Provide **expert insurance advice**, clearly explaining policy options and coverage
- **Negotiate premiums and terms** to best suit client needs
- Maintain a consistent **pipeline of leads and opportunities**

**Qualifications**:

- Previous **insurance sales experience** (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and **relationship-building skills**:

- Confident **communication** and **analytical thinking**:

- Proactive, **results-driven mindset**:

- **Bilingual or multilingual** abilities are an asset
