**Primary Purpose**

This role is a mix between taking phone calls in the office, setup of test systems to validate and troubleshoot customer complaints, provide remote support to customers via phone and internet as well as on site as needed. This role also requires to be on the on-call shift rotation, which is currently, every 2 weeks. *_*This is not an IT support role**. _

**Required Qualifications and Experience**
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Eligible and authorized to work in Canada
- Ability to be on-call and travel to various worksites as needed
- Experience with low voltage systems, Nurse Call, access control, CCTV, security systems
- Strong knowledge of electronics, system cabling, and usage of digital voltmeters
- Understanding of wiring diagrams (component level experience not expected, but is a plus), Relay logic, Sub nets, and VLAN’s
- Ability to configure and edit network setting on various hardware environments
- VMware and system virtualization, deployment, and setup
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be willing to travel and work on-call shifts that are currently on a 2-week rotation

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
