**Responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:

- Provide customers with exceptional one on one service to create lasting relationships and customer loyalty
- Meet or exceed sales goals through selling and service
- Maintain store visual standards throughout your shift
- Create customer awareness of current promotions and new product
- Be a positive member of the selling team and support fellow co-workers at all levels of the selling process
- Collaborate with merchandising and visual displays
- Participate in stock receiving and processing when needed

**Requirements include**:

- Passionate about the retail culture and a strong appreciation for style
- Excellent selling abilities (previous selling experience considered an asset)
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail to reduce shrink
- An upbeat, positive attitude

**Job Type**: Part-time

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Shift:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Work setting:

- Apparel store

Work Location: In person
