Job description

Ultimate Home Comfort Sales Associates provide courteous, knowledgeable customer service to every customer who enters our business. Associates are required to have in-depth knowledge of all our products and services to provide the best possible solution for any home heating requirement. Our products are the “Best of the Best” in the industry and we provide satisfaction guarantee to ensure our customer is completely happy with their purchase.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide cheerful, sincere, knowledgeable service to build a rapport with customers.
- Solving consumer needs with the best product available.
- Keep impeccable records of all quotes.
- Communicating the consumer throughout the sales process up to delivery.
- Closing the sale, follow up with customer every time you have given a quote to a customer to see if they have any additional questions or concerns you could help with.
- Light housekeeping and dusting to ensure the showroom is always professional looking.
- Learn all you can about the products and services that you can offer the customer.
- Preform at home site-visits when required.
- Process POS transactions when required
- Become proficient in Ultimate Home Comfort computer system.

SKILLS

Must have a proven track record in a sales or retail industry.

Possess a positive solutions-based attitude.

Ability to communicate effectively with the customers to understand their needs and manage expectations.

Ability to learn our company computer systems.

Provide timely and accurate notes on customer accounts.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Halifax, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 3 years (preferred)
- industry: 1 year (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
