**Responsibilities**:
1. **Scheduling Trades**:

- Develop and manage comprehensive schedules to coordinate various trades, ensuring efficient workflow and timely project completion.

2. **Construction Oversight**:

- Ensure adherence to project plans, quality standards, and timelines from start to finish.
- Conduct regular site inspections before and during construction to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Review and interpret construction plans and ensure plans are communicated effectively.

3. **Communication and Stakeholder Management**:

- Notify stakeholders of construction status and promptly communicate any necessary changes.
- Correspond with city workers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate a smooth construction process.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.

4. **Safety Enforcement**:

- Implement, monitor, and enforce safety policies to create a secure working environment.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, change orders, and daily logs.

5. **Contract Negotiations**:

- Participate in contract negotiations when necessary, ensuring terms align with project objectives.

6. **Post-Construction Warranty**:

- Coordinate post-construction warranty activities in accordance with Tarion Guidelines.

7. **Carpentry Work/Repairs**:
**Qualifications**:
1. **Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience with residential construction site supervision.
- Proficient knowledge of the Ontario Building Code, particularly Part 9 construction.
- Familiarity with Tarion Warranty Guideline and Processes.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.

2. **Additional Skills considered an asset**:

- Carpentry skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Specialty with a trade.

Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Construction site supervisor: 5 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
