We’re hiring a Customer Success Advisor to join our Operations team under the guidance of the Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Answers inquiries and handles customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Investigates and troubleshoots customer service issues
- Amicably manages irate customers who have product issues or requests
- Processes orders and resolves payment, refund and billing issues
- Dispatches sales-related documents (i.e. proposals, contracts, leads and follow-up)
- Gathers customer information to open new accounts
- Enters data in computer systems such as NAV
- Participates in various outbound campaigns
- Post-secondary diploma in business administration or in relevant field
- Must be bilingual (French and English)
- 2 years of relevant telephone customer service experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Must have good listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Has an ability to prepare concise and accurate records/reports
- Outstanding customer service and financial skills
- Receptive to the concerns of clients and Team Members
