We are looking for a Customer Success Associate
- Bilingual (Fleet Partnership Solutions (FPS) Associate
- Bilingual), to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As a Customer Success Associate - Bilingual (FPS Associate), you will contribute to a client’s ability to achieve goals, as well as to Element Fleet’s achievement of account retention and growth objectives. You will provide support to the FPS team on reporting, serve as back-up and/or assist FPS Partners in support of their assigned portfolios when needed and use your exemplary customer service skills to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.

A Day in the Life- Execute day-to-day tactical requests as communicated by the FPS Partner/Lead- Receive, complete, coordinate, and/or escalate requests and activities that support product and asset management- Manage exceptions to ensure processes / requests are followed up timely and closed loop**Requirements**:
- High School diploma or equivalent required. BS/BA in business or related field preferred (equivalent customer service experience may be considered in lieu of a BS/BA)- Minimum 1 year of customer services experience, preferably in a B2B (business to business) or services organization- Bilingualism in English and French is required.- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs.- Strong excel knowledge, including formulas, data analytics, v

À titre d’associé bilingue, Histoire de réussite de clients (associé, Solutions de partenariat pour parcs), vous contribuerez à la capacité du client d’atteindre ses objectifs, ainsi qu’à l’atteinte des objectifs de croissance et de fidélisation des comptes de Gestion de parc de véhicules Element. Vous fournirez du soutien à l’équipe des solutions de partenariat pour les parcs en ce qui concerne les rapports, interviendrez en renfort et/ou aiderez les partenaires des solutions pour les parcs avec les portefeuilles qui leur sont assignés, au besoin, et utiliserez vos compétences exemplaires en matière de service à la clientèle pour assurer le plus haut niveau de satisfaction de la clientèle.

Une journée de travail typique- Exécuter les demandes tactiques quotidiennes communiquées par le partenaire/responsable des solutions pour les parcs.- Recevoir, compléter, coordonner et/ou transmettre à un échelon supérieur les demandes et les activités qui soutiennent la gestion des produits et des actifs.- Gérer les exceptions pour s’assurer que les processus/demandes sont suivis en temps opportun et en boucle fermée.- Détermi
