Acorn Stairlifts Canada Inc., has become the leader in our industry. We are the largest supplier of stairlifts sold directly to our clients, and are the largest independent straight stairlifts manufacturer of the world. The key to our success is simple. We utilize Hi-tech systems and processes to ensure a simple to use; yet high quality product is produced.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve sales goals and targets by setting clear expectations
- Provide regular guidance, training, and support to improve team member skills and effectiveness
- Evaluate team results and identify areas of under-performance, implementing corrective actions
- Produce and present weekly KPI reports to management, highlighting team strengths, weaknesses, and training plans
- Conduct performance reviews with each team member, assessing past performance and setting goals for improvement
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to ensure efficient workload distribution
- Participate in recruitment and hiring processes, working closely with the Recruitment team
- Maintain open and effective communication with team members, other departments, and management
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards

- Computer literacy and proficiency with relevant systems

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales-related environment
- 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in a call center or inside sales team
- Experience using a CRM system or other customer databases
- 2+ years’ experience reviewing and discussing KPI target
- Knowledge of call center operations including call quality standards and compliance
- Knowledge of Google Chrome, Outlook, Excel, and Windows

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
