Nintendo Experience Specialist

**Nintendo Experience Specialists (NES) **are responsible for visiting various retail outlets and supporting in-person events**.** This field support position will be responsible for interacting with consumers and retail staff at their assigned locations totaling 24 hours per week through March 31st, 2025, then, on a variable schedule during peak shopping hours (weekdays, weekends, evenings, key promotional periods, and holidays). NES will also provide support with consumer-facing events to provide sales assist, on-going product demonstration, training, and education on Nintendo products. The NES’ overall goal is to generate demand for Nintendo products and facilitate activations, ultimately putting smiles on the faces of everyone we interact with.

**NES Duties**:

- Attend scheduled shifts with specified equipment and prepared to perform priorities including consumer facing events, product demonstration, and retail merchandising.
- Perform set up and tear down of Nintendo equipment at consumer-facing events.
- Represent Nintendo in a professional manner.
- Maintain general awareness of Nintendo products, news, and events.
- Submit feedback via Consumer Insight surveys and shift surveys via Natural Insight as part of site visits as required.
- Maintain assigned Nintendo Switch equipment including all updates, downloads, and other content.
- Completes store visits with a focus on building brand and product awareness among retailers and consumers.
- Install and maintain display parts and POP (Point of Purchase) inventory.
- Restocks product and strategically places retail marketing POP to increase the visibility of Nintendo, while ensuring merchandising tactics are followed.
- Raise concerns and questions with your assigned leader.
- Conduct other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

**REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE**:

- 1-3 years of related customer service experience
- Ability to travel between assigned in-person events and retail outlets.
- Previous experience working with kids and families.
- General interest and knowledge of current and upcoming video games
- Ability to use a computer, tablet and/or smartphone.
- Ability to write and speak in French and English

**REQUIRED EDUCATION**:

- Post-Secondary School Education (preferred)

**PHYSICAL/FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Ability to climb ladders and lift heavy loads (up to 30 pounds)
- Ability to interact with others.
- Overtime periods, weekend, and holiday work
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and proof of insurance
- Must have access to a smart phone, mínimal data, high speed internet and adequate storage space.
- Must have access to a reliable car.

NES fournira également un soutien lors d'événements destinés aux consommateurs pour fournir une aide aux ventes, une démonstration continue des produits, une formation et une éducation sur les produits Nintendo. L'objectif global de la NES est de générer une demande pour les produits Nintendo et de faciliter les activations, pour finalement faire sourire tous ceux avec qui nous interagissons.

**Tâches NES**:

- Participer aux quarts de travail prévus avec l'équipement spécifié et être prêt à exécuter les priorités, notamment les événements destinés aux consommateurs, la démonstration de produits et le marchandisage au détail.
- Effectuer l'installation et le démontage des équipements Nintendo lors d'événements destinés aux consommateurs
- Représenter Nintendo de manière professionnelle
- Maintenir une sensibilisation générale aux produits, actualités et événements Nintendo
