Job Title: Project Controls Specialist (Administration / Document Control) Location: Gatineau, QC Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/week (Onsite) Job Description: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Project Controls Specialist to support our Construction Development Team. In this role, you will assist with project administration, document control, and coordination activities across a portfolio of construction development projects. You will help maintain accurate project documentation, support procurement and accounts payable processes, and contribute to scheduling, cost tracking, and reporting tasks to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time. Key Responsibilities:Maintain organized project documentation and support internal document control processes.Assist with project scheduling, progress tracking, cost analysis, and reporting.Support procurement workflows and accounts payable documentation.Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely information flow.Contribute to process improvements and project controls best practices.Qualifications:University degree preferred.2–5 years of experience in project administration or project controls, ideally within construction development.Knowledge of document control processes, scheduling, procurement, and cost tracking.Experience with Procore and MS Project is an asset.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work onsite in a fast-paced project environmentWith over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
