**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead a team of produce associates
- Oversee daily operations of the produce department, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising
- Maintain high standards of quality, freshness, and cleanliness in the produce department
- Ensure accurate pricing and labeling of all produce items
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their produce needs
- Train and develop produce associates

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years of experience in produce management or a related field
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
