Join our team Locher Evers International (“LEI”), an EFL Group Company, industry leading and highly regarded freight forwarder, is growing rapidly LEI has an immediate opening in our Brampton Office in Ontario for a full-time **Customer Solutions Specialist, Air Freight.**

We are seeking a new team member that enjoys a fast-paced environment and is reliable, pro-active, that also has excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Customer order receipt and acceptance
- Arrange for pickup and transfer of cargo
- Prepare HAWB, MAWB, Direct AWB and E-AWB. Obtain Spot rate with airlines
- Make bookings with airlines
- Issuing Export Declaration (CAED), Certificate of origin and Insurance Certificate
- Reviews documents for accuracy
- Arranging cargo via Truck service
- Invoicing Clients
- Update job costing in the system
- Approving Subcontractors invoices
- Sending Pre-alerts to client and destination office
- Track and Trace shipments
- E-file all documents
- Ensure customer satisfaction by answering all inquiries within the same day
- Other duties as requested

**Requirements**:

- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Cargowise knowledge is preferred
- Able to handle the shipment A-Z
- Primary Air Freight Imports (priority) and Second Air Exports (not mandatory)
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- CIFFA and Dangerous Goods Certification (preferred)
- At least 2 years Air Import and or Export Experience
