Vintage Hotels is currently seeking a Full Time Room Service Attendant to join our growing team

This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy a fast paced working environment and the chance to interact with guests from all over the world

**What you'll be doing**:

- Maintain room service station to specifications posted, and attach to orders.
- Continually check halls for any tray or clutter hourly.
- After receiving orders prepare Room service trays with suitable items.
- Insure food items are always covered and condiments are full on an on-going basis.
- Create check, collect payment, and settle cash transactions following standard operating procedures.
- Responsible for cash floats and deposits.
- Help in the restaurant as required by supervisor.
- Ensure that the walkie talkies are on chargers at the end of the shift.
- Make sure plate covers are clean.
- Follow service standards for telephone etiquette and in room service to guests.
- Pick up trays in the hallways and perform check regularly for trays.

**What you'll bring to the team**:

- Reliable transportation.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in serving or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Smart Serve Certificate required.
- Food and beverage knowledge.
- Ability to work Day Shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
