**Job Duties**
- Coordinate hiring, posts jobs, conduct screening, and schedule appointments as at when necessary.
- Conduct backchecks and maintain Truck Right database to ensure compliance of records.
- Review all New Hire documents for accuracy, completion and provide to Payroll for entry into Dayforce HCM.
- Maintain the employee file retention and assist with Year End Retention project to ensure up to date filing.
- Open and process department mail.
- Assist with standard reports/documentation as required
- Provide support to the HR Department as required.

**Requirements**:

- High value on work ethics and quality of documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of government legislation concerning employment standards, payroll and human resource practices.
- Ability to create documentation required for projects, programs and other initiatives.
- Ability to learn the organization’s culture, structure, compensation practices and administrative practices.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage data, identify gaps and support continuous improvement.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
