**What Will You Do?**
- Assist with the administrative procedures and work within the safety departments listed above as a supporting role; Facilitate administrative support tasks including, task delegations, scheduling of various data collection, etc.
- Aid in company safety manual updates, along with PowerPoint material for all terminals. Forward changes on an annual basis. Ensure printed and digital versions are up-to-date and completed for all terminals.
- Monitor CVOR and DOT SAFER record on a regular basis and ensure data is acquired as per the scheduling.
- Responsible to process companywide CVSA inspections, fines and tickets. Review returned checklist and forward any discrepancies onto supervisor.
- Gather/report monthly overdue licence checks.
- Assist with the Safe Driver Program (bonus and pins)
- Assist in the gathering of information and data for Food Safety Audits and maintain records
- Assist in revision/updates of the Trucking Food Safety Program (Policy)
- Field requests for Food Safety letters of guarantee, process as per the SOP
- Audit Site-Docs - Coordinate SiteDocs with Manager
- Run Wash/Sanitize Trailer Report - advise on overdue for cleaning trailers.
- Confirm wash bay chemical values - upload records.
- Assist in gathering Terminal Food Safety meeting minutes
- Assist/coordinate Food Safety/Security Communications.
- Assist in gathering information/data for Security audits
- Assist/audit the High Security Seals program
- Assist the Corp. HSE manager in the coordination / assigning of safety training for all terminals
- Assist the Corp. HSE manager in the updating and maintaining the SDS system online
- Assist the Corp. HSE manager with Safety Audits / Inspections as may be necessary
- Assist the Corp. HSE manager with Guusto Safety Award Program
- Assist the Corp. HSE manager and the terminals with the Contractor Management program.
- Assist with Boot Voucher requests from terminals

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Preferred minimum one-year administrative experience in transportation safety and compliance.
- Familiarity with relevant current and pending Government Regulations in the industry such as Ministry of Transportation Ontario, Canada Labour Code, U.S. Federal Motor Carrier regulations.
- Completion of post secondary school is required.
- Possess an understanding and working knowledge of MS Office suite to include Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to understand and analyze complex information and present it simply and accurately.
- Attention to detail.
