We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented **Junior Production Scheduler** to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Production Scheduler, you will assist in planning and managing the production schedule, ensuring that products are manufactured on time and according to the company's standards. You will work closely with production teams, inventory management, and suppliers to maintain an efficient and streamlined production process.

**What will you do**:

- Assist in creating and maintaining production schedules for daily operations.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Track material and component availability to ensure production requirements are met without delays.
- Assist with inventory management
- Receiving of job materials and issuing them to the job
- Communicate with inventory management to monitor stock levels and order raw materials as needed.
- Update and maintain production schedule systems to reflect real-time status.
- Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving in production scheduling.
- Other administrative duties as assigned

**What do you need?**
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2-3 years of experience in production scheduling, manufacturing, or a similar role (internships or part-time roles are a plus).
- Experience with Epicor considered an asset
- Strong understanding of production planning and scheduling techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
