**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and organized.
- Execute residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and laundry duties.
- Maintain cleanliness in hospitality settings by preparing rooms for guests and ensuring common areas are tidy.
- Manage time effectively to complete cleaning tasks within designated schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any client concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold cleanliness standards and improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment while adhering to safety protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of duties.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Capability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties, including lifting and moving items as necessary.
