Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team. As a Housekeeper/Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various settings. This position requires excellent time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

**Duties**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Launder and fold linens and towels
- Stock cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when inventory is low
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members

**Skills**:

- Cook: Basic cooking skills may be required for certain cleaning tasks in kitchen areas.
- Customer service: Ability to provide friendly and efficient service to clients.
- Communicate: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
