**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fast-growing manufacturing environment. Our company specializes in the production of structural components, including trusses, prefab floors and walls, and stairs for residential and commercial construction projects.

In this key role, you will act as the central point of communication between our builder clients and our internal team, ensuring that every project is delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest standards. From reviewing initial construction plans and generating quotes to troubleshooting issues during installation, you will be involved in the full project lifecycle.

This is a full-time in-office position based out of Cochrane, Alberta. Remote work is unavailable for this role.

**Responsibilities**
- Communicate directly and professionally with builders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Receive and review plans, submit to design teams, generate quotes, and schedule jobs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve site issues related to design discrepancies or site conditions.
- Collaborate with account managers to confirm pricing, construction layouts, and job schedules.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans, including joist and truss layouts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software tools as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional attitude and appearance.

**Working Conditions**

The incumbent is required to work in an office environment with moderate noise. The job may require the incumbent to walk stairs; carry objects; and be exposed to normal office routines.

**Physical Requirements**

The incumbent is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal for extended periods of time; and extensive reading. The incumbent will also be required to stand for extended periods of time.
